Yes. You must create a free account to post a review. This helps us reduce spam and keep the platform trustworthy. Your account details are private and will not appear with your review.

2. Can I stay anonymous if I write a review?
Yes. Even though you need an account, you can choose display name. Your name will not be displayed to the public.

3. How do you verify that reviews are from real tenants?
We allow tenants to upload proof of tenancy such as a lease snippet or rent receipt. These files remain private, but reviews with proof are marked with a Verified Tenant badge.

4. Can landlords respond to reviews?
Yes. Landlords can reply publicly to any review. Their response appears directly below the tenant’s review to give balance and context.

5. What if a review is false or unfair?
Landlords may submit a response and provide clarification. Our moderation team also reviews flagged content and may remove posts that violate our rules and guidelines.

6. Will my landlord know that I wrote a review?
Your identity will not be shown publicly. Proof files used for verification are never shared with landlords.

7. Are all landlords listed on the site?
Not yet. A landlord profile is created when someone posts the first review about them. From then on, future reviews can be added to the same profile.

8. Is this site only for bad experiences?
No. Our goal is to highlight both good and bad experiences. Positive reviews help responsible landlords stand out while negative reviews hold others accountable.

9. Do you charge tenants or landlords to use the site?
Tenant posting and browsing reviews is free.
